  • Gestalt Therapy: This therapy focuses on the present moment and how your past experiences might be affecting you today. We'll work together to explore these connections and how they influence your current thoughts, feelings, and even physical sensations in your body. Creative tools like drawing or role-playing might be used for deeper exploration.

  • Existential Therapy: This therapy tackles life's big questions about meaning, purpose, and freedom. We'll explore what truly matters to you and help you find ways to create a fulfilling life, even amidst challenges. This approach emphasizes your autonomy in taking ownership of your choices and carving your own path.

Additional Techniques:

  • Inner Child Work: This technique helps you connect with and heal the younger parts of yourself who may be holding onto past hurts or traumas. By nurturing your inner child, you can build self-compassion and move forward in a more positive way.

  • Parts Work: This approach views the mind as having different "parts" that can influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through this work, we can identify and understand these parts and learn how to manage them in a healthy way.

  • Solution-Focused Techniques and CBT: I may incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you develop practical tools for managing difficult emotions and situations in the present moment. This might involve identifying negative thought patterns and replacing them with more helpful ones.

  • Somatic Techniques: I can also guide you through somatic techniques such as breathwork and grounding exercises. These techniques can help you connect with your body and manage physical symptoms of stress or anxiety.
